Delivery Orders

Kindly order 3 days in advance prior to your start date. We ensure you are in good hands!

You can place your order through juicedjuice@hotmail.com / sales@juicedjuice.com.sg with your contact details and our friendly and dedicated sales concierge will be in touch with you.

 

*We do not accept any cancellation of orders once confirmation email is sent and payment confirmed. In the event when you need to postpone your start date, we will provide credits with a validity of 6 months. Items purchased or Items once delivered are non-refundable.

Payment

We accept Paypal, iBanking and ATM transfers.

 

*No refund will be given after confirmation email is sent.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

When will I receive my juices?

Your delivery will be made one day before your start date as it allows you to be ready to start your cleanse the next day morning. Delivery timing is strictly 6-10pm to ensure consistent quality & freshness.

We require you or someone to receive the juices upon delivery to sign your delivery orders and to place the juices into the fridge immediately to ensure quality & maximum nutritional benefits.

 

Delivery charges

A one-time islandwide delivery fee of $20 will be charge upon checkout.

For one-day to three-day cleanse, you will receive on delivery on the day before your start date.

For five-day cleanse, you will receive two deliveries. This is because our juices are freshly produced and will remain fresh for 3 days in refrigeration condition.

ALL deliveries made to Sentosa Island/Army Camps will incurred an additional delivery surcharge fee of $15

 

Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to your address as stated and you are required for making suitable arrangements for yourself or someone in the family/house/office to receive and sign for your order.

If deliveries have to be made to any office/work premises, you have to be responsible to ensure that the delivery point is acceptable to your employer or office building policy for personal deliveries.

Please notify us in email or via phone of any changes to your delivery address at least 3 days prior to your start date. Please note that we are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. If we are unable to deliver the orders to the address you provided, we will contact you with the number provided to make alternative arrangement for the same day delivery.  If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reasons, we will attempt to contact you to make alternative arrangements. In any case that delivery has to be changed to another day, we have the right to charge you additional costs, based on a case by case basis.

 

2. In the event that we are not able to deliver to you, for unforeseen reasons beyond our control, for example vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, supplier failure or adverse weather conditions, we cannot accept any liability for any inconvenience or losses this might cause.
